Purchasing Information and Policies


 Thank You    I am delighted that you found my website. If you have decided to purchase one of my paintings my goal is that you are happy with what you've chosen.  The following information will hopefully clear up any questions you might have and facilitate the process


Purchasing A Painting      Each of my paintings are unique so I will work with you to ensure a pleasurable experience in the buying of one.  To purchase a painting please contact me at  marion@floatingsoulmedia.com


What Happens Next    After you've decided to buy one of my paintings it is my intent your new art is shippedand arrives safely to your home.  My paintings vary in size thus shipping costs will vary.  To prevent any surprises concerning shipping cost, I will obtain a shipping estimate from UPS and calculate the total cost of the purchase and submit this to you for your approval.  Once you approve, the artwork will be processed and shipped.  Notification your new work of art is on its way, an estimated time of arrival and a tracking number will be provided to you at the time of shipping.

***  The total purchase price is the cost of the artwork, taxes if applicable, shipping costs.


Shipping     I want to get the artwork you have purchased from my studio to your home with no issues whatsoever. To ensure this happens, I carefully   pack the art with multiple layers of protection. These steps take additional time and materials, but it's well worth it for you to have the confidence thatit will arrive in perfect condition.

I ship UPS Ground (1-5 Business Days)  or UPS 3 Day Select (3 Business Days).  If UPS does not work for you, other arrangements may be made.  The cost  of shipping is directly related to the size of the artwork you purchased.                                                                                                               

****The package will be insured and a signature is required upon you receiving it so I know your new piece of art has arrived safely.


Please Note   Shipping costs include: packing materials, the time it takes to package the artwork so it arrives  safely, carrier insurance and the actually shipping.  At this time I ship only within the continental USA.


Returning Artwork   Your satisfaction  is very important to me so if you are not happy with your purchase I have the following return policies.

 Once you receive the artwork, if  you are not completely satisfied you may return the  artwork for a full refund of the purchase price (artwork plus taxes).
